Now, here's what I'm going to offer tonight, Tom. And I’ll
tell you, Tom, I have a couple of boot camps coming up. I have
one in Orlando, coming up Wednesday of this week. I also have a
boot camp coming up next month in Atlanta. So any of you that are
in Florida or Georgia or Tennessee or the Carolinas, you guys need
to get into this program and get to these boot camps as fast as
you can. All right, here's what I'm going to offer tonight, Tom.
I kind of want to like to limit it if we could because I don’t
have a lot of space left in both of those boot camps. We have just
a few spaces left in Orlando. And we have probably eight or ten
or twelve in the Atlanta boot camp. And then I also have a boot
camp coming up in Palm Desert, which is right in your neck of the
woods, isn’t it, Tom?

Yeah. Yeah. So it's right out there in Palm Desert in November.
But what I’d like to see people do is take the boot camp in
Atlanta and then come back and take it again in Palm Desert, because
the second time they take it they’ll learn so much more the
second time, because they’ll know a lot from the first time.
So what I have is I have a program called Secrets of Closing the
Deal. Let me tell you about that program. It's got 10 CDs. It's
got two big books, two big work manuals. They have a couple of hundred
pages each. It also has ten little books in with the CDs. Each one
of those little books, goes along with the CD. It's all the information
the CD talks about. It's basically 1/10 of one of the big books.

this material in the NLP book camp. This product, this shut up and

you body language. It teaches you cause and affect language. It
teaches you embedded commands. It teaches you how to pace and lead

and agree. There's so much stuff in here that this program teaches
you. And you won’t listen to it once. It's not the typical
program you listen to once and say, “Okay, I got the concept.”
You're going to listen to this thing over and over and over all
the time because you're going to say, “Holy cow, every time
I keep listening to it I learn more stuff.” Stuff that’s
just hidden in there that you don’t hear the first time. It's
ten CDS, two books, and ten little books. So you basically get 12

second program is the 7 percent. It's called Shut Up and Stick to
the Script. It's all the scripts. Its all the objection handlers
that your going to get from banks and homeowners. Homeowners are
going to say, “I don’t want to a deed to my house. I'm
going to lose my house to the realtor. The other investor said he
can get me more money. I don’t think I want to sign that.
You know I'm not going to sign over anything unless I can't get
100 percent of my equity.” And if you don’t know how
to answer those kinds of questions, “I'm going to go ahead
and refinance my house.” If you can't answer that stuff, you're
dead in the water. It's the same thing with banks. You're going
to have all the bank objection handlers in there. “We don’t
have time it goes to sell next week. Are you an investor. You know,
our BPL came in a lot higher your offer. We’re not - we’re
just going to send it our REO department and let them sell it. The
market is going up so fast in our area, we’re just going to
go ahead and give it to them. We’ll just make more than what’s
owed on the property.” See if you don’t know how to
handle those you're dead in the water. You have to learn that. That’s
the 7 percent. And once you memorize that you're going to be able
to come in and start really building your language patterns.
Now, another thing, and that sells for $1295 on our web site, it's

four little books and four CDS. So total you have 14 CD and you
have 17 or 18 books that you're working out of. So there's a lot
of stuff. In fact when you get it in the mail you’ll be like,
